This portfolio does not process client data for a customer
The public portfolio is a static professional website with browser-based educational tools. It does not provide a customer workspace, accept client evidence uploads, or offer a hosted assessment service through this site. The static site therefore has no standing data-processing addendum (DPA) for visitors to accept.
Separate professional engagements
If a proposed engagement would involve Abdullah processing personal data on an organization’s behalf, the parties must establish roles, purpose, scope, lawful instructions, data categories, access, security measures, approved service providers, transfers, incident communication, retention, return/deletion and audit cooperation before that processing starts. A written DPA or other suitable terms may be required depending on the actual relationship and applicable law.
No generic contract or legal advice
This page is a boundary statement, not a DPA, privacy contract, legal opinion or promise that a particular regulation applies. No customer data should be sent through the portfolio.
